As a medical specialist, you will apply your subject-matter expertise to train and evaluate advanced AI systems by designing and solving medical problems, reviewing AI-generated answers, identifying knowledge gaps, and collaborating with AI researchers to improve model performance and develop next-generation AI for medicine and science.
Key Responsibilities
- • Design and solve advanced medical problems, ranging from diagnostic scenarios to complex clinical case reviews
- • Review AI-generated answers, assessing their accuracy, depth of reasoning, and clarity
- • Spot knowledge gaps and edge cases, and propose improvements to strengthen model performance
- • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks
- • Provide structured feedback and insights that guide the development of next-generation AI for medicine and science
Required
- • Attending physicians are welcome to apply
- • Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience in the US, Canada, or Western Europe
- • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical research teams
Preferred
- • Background in any of the following areas is preferred: Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Surgery, Anesthesia, or Diagnostic Specialties
